These Terms govern all bookings, rides, and customer interactions with GoCabsy.

Welcome to GoCabsy, your trusted partner in local and outstation travel. By making a booking through our platform or availing our services, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. These policies are designed to promote transparency, fairness, and efficiency in every ride experience.

1. General Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and GoCabsy (the service provider).

Services include vehicle rentals with driver for local city rides, outstation travel, airport transfers, weddings, and corporate events.

2. Booking and Trip Duration

Time and kilometer readings begin and end from our respective hubs:

• Shivajinagar for cars and sedans
• Mathikere for buses, tempo travellers, and larger fleet vehicles

Booking time is considered from the scheduled start time or the vehicle arrival time, whichever is earlier.

It is your responsibility to ensure timely presence at the agreed pickup point.

3. Rental Packages

Local Packages

Standard inclusions: 8 hours / 80 kilometers

Extra hours and kilometers will be charged as per vehicle category.

Outstation Rentals

Minimum daily billing applies as follows:

• Sedans & More: 300 km/day
• 45 Seater Volvo Coach Bus: 400 km/day
• 49 Seater Multi axle bus: 500 km/day

Rates apply on a calendar day basis, not per 24-hour cycle.

Other Fees

• Toll charges, parking fees, and state permits are billed on actuals.
• Night Bata is applicable for usage outside the 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM window.
• Waiting time or idling beyond 30 minutes at any stop may attract charges.

4. Payment Policy

• 75% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
• Balance payment should be completed before trip start or at the pickup location.
• Payment modes accepted: UPI, Debit/Credit cards, Bank Transfers, Wallets, and Cash (select cases).
• Invoice will be shared within 24–48 hours post-trip via email or WhatsApp.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations 24 hours prior to the trip are eligible for full refund (excluding processing charges).
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur up to 50% deduction or full forfeiture, depending on vehicle dispatch status and driver commitment.
• No refunds for no-shows or missed trips unless caused by service error.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.

6. Vehicle Condition and Conduct

All vehicles are regularly sanitized, serviced, and driven by licensed, uniformed chauffeurs.

We reserve the right to cancel trips in case of force majeure events, mechanical failure, or emergencies. In such cases, alternate arrangements or full refunds will be offered.

Passengers are expected to maintain vehicle hygiene and refrain from:

• Smoking or consuming alcohol in the vehicle
• Abusive language or behavior towards staff
• Causing intentional damage to vehicle interiors

7. Responsibility for Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings.

GoCabsy or its drivers will not be held accountable for loss or theft of items left behind.

8. Service Modification & Pricing Adjustments

Rates are subject to revision without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel prices, taxes, or regulatory changes.

Any unplanned deviations from the itinerary (additional stops, route changes) must be communicated and may incur additional charges.

9. Promotions and Offers

All promotional offers (including first-ride discounts, referral codes, or festive pricing) are time-limited and subject to terms.

Offers are not transferable, combinable, or redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
